Approved website work beyond the included monthly time is $175 per hour. Approved after hours, weekend, holiday, and emergency website work is $250 per hour. Hosting, domains, premium themes and plugins, stock assets, paid fonts, ecommerce platforms, payment processors, CRM systems, analytics products, security products, backup products, cloud services, APIs, AI usage, licenses, subscriptions, and other third party costs are separate.
Existing Website Onboarding
Websites not originally built or recently reviewed by MedCode® may require an initial assessment. Hosting, WordPress, themes, plugins, backups, security, forms, integrations, performance, and known technical issues can be reviewed before ongoing management begins. Required remediation is quoted separately.
Major Projects Stay Separate
New websites, major redesigns, large migrations, substantial ecommerce implementations, new portals, complex memberships, custom applications, and major integration programs may use a separate Website Design or Software Development project scope.
Initial Commitment
Standard Website Management plans use a three month initial commitment and then continue month to month with thirty days written notice for cancellation after the initial period.

That is not a problem. MedCode® can take over eligible WordPress environments after the onboarding review identifies what is stable, what requires cleanup, and what needs to be documented before management begins.
